Mrs. Vivian Calhoun serves as custodian at First Baptist Church, but she also does many things to help further the ministry of her church. She has been a member of First Baptist Church since 1988 and has served as a Sunday School teacher for the past twenty years. She and her husband, Don, have been married for fifty eight years and have two daughters, Sharon Long and Judy Snider and also a son, Gary Calhoun. They have been blessed with eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Her husband, Don, retired after serving faithfully as a pastor for fourteen years, pastoring churches in Michigan and at Clark's Chapel Baptist Church in Paragould, AR. Bro. Don now serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church and we are grateful that God has sent them back to us!
